ANKOM200 Fiber Analyzer
The ANKOM200 Fiber Analyzer provides accuracy and precision for Acid Detergent Fiber, Acid Detergent Lignin, Neutral Detergent Fiber, and Crude Fiber determinations. It subjects samples (ground and placed in one-micron filter bags) to acid digestion for a mass-based determination of carbon polymer chemistry. The protocol can be modified depending on the fiber of interest. We primarily use the machine for measuring lignin content in plant tissues.
