SPECTRAmax PLUS Microplate Spectrophotometer
Our molecular devices SPECTRAmax PLUS is a cuvet and 96 well plate reader capable of performing endpoint and kinetic assays. This device is able to read from the UV to the infra-red range (100-1000nm). We commonly use it to perform colorimetric assays for lignin, phenolics, chitin and other biological compounds.
