Attending NAU at a Distance

Attending NAU at one of over 38 campuses around Arizona or attending online simply requires submitting an application to the University and being accepted.

After you have been admitted, speak to an NAU advisor and then enroll in courses.  As a distance student, you’ll be able to choose from a variety of delivery formats including in-person classes, Video Conferencing (VC) classes, and online classes.

Our staff is available to assist you with the enrollment process at each of our locations around the state or centrally at our Distance Learning Service Center.
