For this 36-unit plan, you take:
any graduate linguistics course (3 units)
any graduate ENG Literacy, Technology, and Professional Writing course (3 units)
one graduate literature course from the following: ENG 500, 516, 551, 560, 644, 651, and 660; or any two literature courses (one at the 500-level and one at the 600-level) from the following list: ENG 500, 513, 515, 516, 523, 524, 525, 545, 546, 547, 551, 553, 560, 640, 641, 642, 643, 644, 645, 646, 660, 651, 655, 662, or 666. If choosing two literature courses, reduce the number of elective units from 24 to 21.
