Components of the Curriculum

Although you may enroll in individual courses at NAU without having a specific plan of study, most students take a planned set of courses that leads to the awarding of a degree. This planned set of courses is called the curriculum, or academic plan, for that degree. In this section, we provide some basic information about the types of degrees and academic plans that NAU offers.
