B.S. Speech Communication (extended): emphasis in Organizational Communication
Please note that we offer no bachelor’s degree in communication; however, you may choose degree plans, other minors, or interdisciplinary studies emphases from our eight areas of study in the School of Communication—advertising, electronic media, journalism, merchandising, photography, public relations, speech communication, and visual communication—which we describe under those headings.

You may pursue the following graduate academic plan through the School of Communication:
The plan is appropriate for recent graduates and working professionals who hold a bachelor’s degree and desire a professionally related master’s degree that integrates knowledge in the field of communication emphasizing organizations, technology, diversity, and/or environmental issues.
Faculty in the School of Communication have areas of expertise that include environmental communication, health communication, gender and communication, interpersonal communication, intercultural communication, free expression, and public communication (rhetoric, argumentation, public address).
