The educational objectives of our undergraduate plans are to develop graduates who are recognized throughout industry, government, and academia for the ability to “get things done”. Our graduates are prepared to: use mathematical, scientific, and engineering principles to formulate solutions to multi-disciplinary problems; create and implement effective, economical, and sustainable designs using appropriate technology and methods; be independent learners who communicate effectively, work well on project teams, and can assume a leadership role; adhere to ethical standards and seek professional licensure, consider the implications of their actions, and contribute to society beyond the requirements of their employment.
