We designed this minor for majors in other areas of engineering and in other plans that emphasize science courses. As such, this minor prepares students to be able to define and solve complex environmental engineering problems; and create, evaluate, and document sustainable engineering designs.
To complete this minor, you take the following 20 units:
CENE 150, 280, 281L and 282L (8 units)
9 units from CENE 330, 332, 410, 430, 434, 435, and 480
CENE 440 (3 units)
Be aware that some of the courses required for your minor may have prerequisites that you must also take. Check the courses in the appropriate subject.
Contact the Civil and Environmental Engineering department to be assigned a minor advisor.
