Northern Arizona University’s Bookstore offers everything from textbooks and other kinds of books to personal and office supplies, imprinted clothing and gifts, class rings, USGS maps, Authorized Apple Campus Reseller, and we provide computer software for PC and Macintosh. We also offer bookstore gift cards for $25, $50, and $100. For your convenience, we also have automated teller machines, outside, on the west face of the building.

Merchandise Return Policy

You can return clothing, supplies, and general books to the bookstore within two weeks of the date on the receipt - if the merchandise is in new and salable condition, and you must bring in your sales receipt along with a valid picture ID. You cannot return special orders and sale items.

 

You can return textbooks with your sales receipt and valid picture ID within fourteen calendar days of the first day of classes for fall and spring term and within five calendar days for summer sessions. You can get specific information about time limits, non-returnable items, and the policies for returning textbooks each term at the bookstore.

Book Buy-Back

We buy back textbooks at all times during our posted business hours. We accept new and used textbooks from any campus and any academic term, as long as the edition is current. We buy books that are being ordered for the following term at fifty percent of the new book price; we buy others at their year-round market value. You don’t need to bring in a receipt for the books.
