AS250 Air Force Physical Training
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, cadets from Detachment 027 participate in AS250 Air Force Physical Training. This is a one-credit course that goes along with your AS class. Some of the activities include Ultimate football, weight lifting, basketball, campus runs, stadiums, calisthenics, and more. All these are designed to keep you healthy and fit and it is a great way to keep off that "Freshman Fifteen".
