The Academic Information Office (AIO) is comprised of the following components: Academic Catalog, Course Catalog, Degree Progress, Schedule of Classes, and Transfer Articulation.

The AIO's primary mission is to provide services to academic units (faculty, staff, and various personnel in administrative departments) on issues related to the academic mission of the university in the areas listed above.  All of these issues are interrelated in the new student information system and the work of each team member generally impacts one or more of the other areas within the AIO.

The office primarily serves the academic community at NAU.  Students are encouraged to contact the Gateway Center, their advisors or a staff member in a processing office as appropriate.

The team is lead by Dr. H. Ronald Pitt, Associate Provost of Academic Administration and is located in Bury Hall, building 8.
