This site is for use by academic colleges and departments during the Fall and Spring schedule build process and normal class maintenance. This area coordinates and analyzes the Fall and Spring Schedule of Classes; creates timelines, defines class titles, number of units, grading basis, consent, components, liberal studies, and diversity per Northern Arizona University's curriculum committee approvals. Creates new course topics and reserve capacity requirement groups upon request. Manages class-level (topic) fees as approved by Associate Vice Provost of Academic Affairs. Trains Flagstaff Mountain departments on Fall and Spring in person and hybrid class scheduling. Creates and publishes process, procedure, system documentation, and reports for inter-office and intra-office use. Creates adjunct faculty information to allow for use as class instructors. Builds and maintains Building and Facility data. Works extensively with Extended Campuses and the Office of the Registrar and acts as the bridge between University curriculum, extended campuses offerings, enrollment, and grading.
