*This is a national AmeriCorps member/alum website that helps you manage your AmeriCorps experience before, during and after your service.
2. How do I access it?
*You have to
create an account. Go to:
https://my.americorps.gov/mp/login.do
*Click on “Register to create a new member/alum account”
*You will have to create a user name/password
3. How is “My AmeriCorps” a resource for me?
On your “My AmeriCorps” account, you can…
*Submit
forbearance request (current member).
*Submit interest accrual forms (alum).
*Print end year tax statements-educational award and interest accrual are
considered taxable income. You will pay taxes on these items the year you use
them (if amount greater than $600).
*Manage and view your educational award (After successful completion of
AmeriCorps term).
*Customize and print service letter (You may need documentation during your term
of service).
