Students looking to reserve an auditorium for a required recital must first read the recital policy before a recital will be booked. The Recital Procedure can be found below:
Please note that student recital reservations must be made in person. Reservations by the student or faculty member on behalf of the student will not be allowed.
Ardrey and Ashurst Auditoria require departments, music faculty and students to fill out technical forms for their event in order to ensure that we can provide you with all the equipment and labor that you require. These forms are required to be turned in no later than four (4) weeks prior to your event date. The appropriate forms are listed below:
