Candidates should submit one original and two exact copies of their files. Items that are hard to copy (books, slides, performance programs, for example) can be included in an appendix to the original file but not the copies. A note regarding these items should be included in the copies. The Dean’s office will supply tabbed dividers and binders if needed.

It is the responsibility of the candidate and department chair to see that the file is complete and on time. Incomplete files will not be returned but will be evaluated based on the contents at the time of submission.

The file should contain all of the following materials tabbed in this order (item 14 is optional). See the attachments for detailed instructions.
