Storm Water Management Program Information
Operations and Maintenance
performs the
following types of work:
Routine Maintenance: repair of leaking sinks, toilets,
fountains; burned out lights; dripping fountains; rooms too hot/too
cold, etc.
Preventive Maintenance: regularly scheduled
maintenance of campus equipment to prevent breakdowns and prolong
useful life.
Chargeable Services: reconfiguration of space and
partitions, room additions, cabinets, installation of customer
purchased equipment, etc.
Emergencies: First response to gas leaks, floods, power
outages, etc. |
