The Transportation Services Center (TSC) has two ways to request and
reserve a vehicle.
The first procedure is through our online
Vehicle
Rental Request. Through this system a user can request
a vehicle and will receive an email confirming or denying the request.
Once this has been done a user only has to come to TSC, sign the
paperwork and pickup their vehicle. (Please note: Any request that needs
to be fulfilled within 24 hours needs to follow the 2nd procedure)
The 2nd procedure is for those that don't want to
use the online request system. This procedure is a 2 step process.
The first step is to call 523-2469 and request a vehicle. The
second step, once the request has been approved, is that the 'Vehicle
Request InterDept Billing Form' must be filled out and brought with you
to pick up the vehicle. This
new form is located
HERE
and has been renamed from 'Vehicle Request' to better reflect the forms
usage. There are 2 forms available for either Print and Fill In
(PDF) or Fill IN and Print (Word). Remember to have the account
information filled in.
The Transportation
Service Center also recommends reviewing the Environmental Protection
Agency
website
on fuel economy
and take their recommendations on driving under consideration.
The Transportation Service Center, or TSC,
is located to the east side of the Capital Assets & Services building (bldg. 77 on your campus map).
Enter the complex from the intersection of San Francisco St. and Pine
Knoll Rd (south east corner of the Sky Dome parking lot) and we are located
south of 'Emerald City' swing space.
TSC incorporates 4 divisions that
services the university's vehicular needs:
Motor Pool 523-2469

through Friday, in the summer, and 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through

outside of these hours, please make arrangements to pick up the vehicle
keys before closing of the last business day before you need to pick up
the vehicle.

plus several other state agency vehicles in our 4 bay garage.
