General Information
The College of Education Scholarship Committee is comprised of faculty from each area (Teaching and Learning, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, and Educational Specialties). The Committee meets each spring to award scholarships for disbursement in the following school year. Scholarships are normally awarded for either the fall semester or the spring semester. On average about 70 students are awarded scholarships each year with an average award of $1000. For the teacher education scholarships, the committee favors awarding scholarships to students during their student teaching semester.
