Comptroller's Office List Serves

The Comptrollers Office maintains list serves for Business Managers and Advantage Users as follows:

The Business Manager List Serve (BUSMGR-L) is for NAU Business Managers, Fiscal Representatives and other's who have fiscal responsibilities. This list serve will include updates from the Comptroller regarding:

• policy and procedure changes and updates
• important deadlines
• training opportunities
• new reports
• system changes
• Fiscal Year end notices and information (including deadlines) for document processing
• other relevant information

The Advantage list serve (ADVANTAGE-L) is for all Advantage Financial System users. This list serve will inform all Advantage users of:

• Advantage software upgrades and fixes
• System problems and resolutions
• System availability
• Fiscal year end notices and information (including deadlines) for document processing
• other relevant Advantage system information

The Travel list serve (TRAVEL-L) is for all Advantage Travel Processing users. This list serve will inform travel processors of:

• Travel Policy updates
• Travel Processing Updates
• Travel specific fiscal year end notices and information (including deadlines) for document processing
• Other relevant Advantage system information

The Advantage3 Team list serve (ADVANTAGE3-TEAM ) is for functional and technical users who need to be involved in the Advantage 3 upgrade project. This list serve will inform the user group of:

• Project meeting notes and status reports
• Testing schedules
• Test environment availability

Subscribing / Unsubscribing

Subscribing: send an e-mail to:  LISTSERV@LISTS.NAU.EDU  with the following message:

SUBSCRIBE "LISTSERV NAME" "First Name Last Name"  where "LISTSERV NAME" = ADVANTAGE-L   BUSMGR-L, TRAVEL-L or ADVANTAGE3-TEAM

Example:  SUBSCRIBE ADVANTAGE-L Joe Smith

Unsbscribing:  send an e-mail to:  LISTSERV@LISTS.NAU.EDU  with the following message:

SIGNOFF "LISTSERV NAME" where "LISTSERV NAME" = ADVANTAGE-L,  BUSMGR-L, TRAVEL-L or or ADVANTAGE3-TEAM

Example:  SIGNOFF ADVANTAGE-L
