• An original essay, word processed or typed, double-spaced, and approximately 500 words that addresses the following: (1) Why have you chosen teaching as a career? (2) What qualities do you believe you have which make you suited for teaching? (3) Describe your participation working with young adults or children in a school or volunteer organization; e.g., athletics, music, theatre, tutoring, clubs, etc.
• A complete resume that must include your educational background, employment experience, and interests.
• A completed AZUN Statement of Understanding Word .pdf
• A signed AZUN Privacy Form Word .pdf
• A signed AZUN Program of Study Word .pdf
