Description of Service:

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive resource of reliable information for family caregivers during all stages of elder care.

1. Who do we serve? Family caregivers caring for an elderly parent or aging spouse.
2. What services? We are an internet-only provider of comprehensive, reliable information about elder care. This includes comprehensive checklists designed to help family caregivers avoid overlooking something important in the care of their loved one. We also publish a monthly newsletter delivered via email. And, we maintain an active support group/message board.

Qualifications: None. Our information is freely available to everyone with access to the Internet.

Fees: none

Operating Hours: Our website is available 24/7. However, we don't provide one-on-one counseling. We do, however, respond to email questions even though our responses will usually direct the writer to the resource where he/she would find the most appropriate information for their situation.
