Description of Services:  Helping seniors to be independent and remain in their own homes as long as possible with in-home services.

Qualifications:  The homebound, frail elderly (60+) and disabled adults who meet assessment criteria. After referral from the Area Agency on Aging (928-213-5254 or toll free 1-877-521-3500) Case Managers conduct an intake and assessment.

Fees:  Housekeeping and Personal Care: Donations requested for each visit according to ability to pay; Respite: Sliding Scale Fee (See Respite below).

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
