Provide Utility Assistance, Emergency Services, and Case Management for low income residents and homeless.

Limited Services: Senior Program and Community Resources.

Eligibility: Most programs for the elderly based on age (60 or over). Low-income programs based on income. Emergency Assistance based on emergency.

Donations accepted for all programs.

Seniors (60+), Disabled & Medicare—35 cents
Adults—75 cents
Student Passes
Children ages 7 to 17—60 cents
Monthly passes and booklets available for all categories.
