Student Scholarship Application 2009-2010

This application should be completed by students majoring in College of Education programs (undergraduate and graduate) who wish to be considered for scholarships for the 2009-2010 school year.  For more information on scholarships, please see http://www4.nau.edu/cee/scholarships/index.asp  This application is due by March 23, 2009 to be considered for scholarships for the 2009-2010 school year.  Late applications WILL NOT be considered.

You cannot save this application and you cannot edit your application once submitted.  It is recommended that you type the written information in a word processor and save it.  Then use copy/paste to bring the information into this form (CTRL+C for copy and CTRL+V for paste).

Many of the scholarships require "financial need as documented by the Office of Financial Aid."  If you wish to be considered for any of these scholarships you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible (but no later than the March 23, 2009 deadline). If you do not have documented need you will not be eligible for needs based scholarships. This form can be completed as soon as you have your 2008 W2 information. It takes financial aid about 2 weeks to process this information to determine your need.

Information provided on this form may be verified from NAU database sources (financial aid, Peoplesoft/LOUIE, COE student services, etc. ) - any information falsified on this application will result in disqualification for scholarship consideration.
