Degree Progress

The following resources will help you get started right away:

  Review the Degree Progress Tutorial.
      On the Faculty-Staff LOUIE page, click on Degree Progress under

      On-Line Tutorials and log in. (Use the headings in the left pane

      if you want to go back to parts of the tutorial you've already reviewed.)

  Run sample reports in LOUIE for a few of your students.
      Under Access, log in to LOUIE. Then navigate to SA Self-Service

      < Learning Management < Advisement.  Click on

      "View Advisees' Information" for your own advisees or

      "New/Drop-In Advisees" for other undergrad students.

   Shorten the length of the report! - Download the macro

  and follow the instructions HERE.
