Health and Learning Center, Multipurpose Room 3
$40/5 weeks
When it comes to taking care of ourselves, do we put ourselves first? Some say putting ourselves first is a selfish act, but how can we effectively take care of our responsibilities when we are in the ”back seat?” If you’ve been a back seat driver when it comes to your own health and wellbeing, or, even if you’re already working out but still not feeling as strong as you want to be, try a tai chi class and put yourself back in the driver’s seat. No prior tai chi experience is required.
To register, e-mail Ask-EAW@nau.edu or call 928-523-1552. Registration deadline is Friday, February 3, at 2 p.m.
Instructed by Patrick Martin, Master Tai Chi instructor. For more information on the benefits of tai chi, please visit jadedragontaichi.com.
