AWC 1 - 2 - 3: Getting Started:
1- Gather a team of 5 – 10 people, come up with a team name and e-mail the fillable Entry Forms (see above-- no paper entry forms this year) to your team mates. Give your team mates a deadline to e-mail their completed entry forms back to you and bring their money to you (cash or checks payable to CCPHSD-AWC only). I recommend a deadline of Friday, October 25.
Please note: the Aerobic Winter Challenge program has lost all grant funding and the entry fee has increased to $10. EAW will subsidize $5 of the entry fee for all regular NAU employees. Spouses, dependents, and NAU students will pay $10.
2- Print a hardcopy of the Team Receipt form (see above). Using the entry form information from your team mates, complete your team’s receipt. E-mail your team’s entry forms to EAW at Ask-EAW@nau.edu and we will forward the information to Tiffany Kerr, AWC Coordinator at Coconino County Public Health Services District.
3- Deliver the Team Receipt with money (cash or checks payable to CCPHSD-AWC) in a sealed envelope to the EAW office by 4 pm Tuesday, October 29. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Health and Learning Center in room 2601, which is located at the end of the long hallway. If the EAW office is closed when you arrive, please slide the sealed envelope under the locked door and take two wall charts (one for AWC physical activity and one for the *Health Eating Challenge) which will be left outside the door.
