Steps to Complete the New Student Application

The following is included in the on-line application. Please review these steps to allow enough time to complete your application to the best of your ability.

New applications will be available in Jan 2006 and due in Feb 2006.

1. Make an appointment with your counselor.

2. Turn in Transcript & Test Results Request Form to School Registrar in order to have a transcript and test results sent to Four Corners.

3. Complete Personal Essay.

4. Complete Student Application.

5. Have Parent/Guardian complete Income Affidavit & Questionnaire.

6. Meet with Counselor to complete Four Year Plan.

7. Double Check:

  • Did you complete all spaces?
  • Did your Parent/Guardian sign?
  • Did your Counselor sign?
  • Did you sign?
  • Did you attach your essay?
  • Did your Registrar send your transcript?

8. Make a copy of your application and mail the original to the Four Corners Office. See the address. NO FAXES ACCEPTED.

For your application be considered, ALL of the components must be received by the deadline. We strongly recommend that you request transcripts and schedule times with your parents and counselor well in advance of this date.
