SIP - Short Internship Program (Water Resources)
Native American students can all apply for the Short Internship Program (SIP). Applications will be reviewed and placements made regularly.

Student Interns:
High School and College students will have the opportunity to spend 20 to 80 hours working on water resource issues impacting on tribal nations. We prefer to place student interns close to home or school. The purpose of the internship is to give students an exposure to a potential career opportunity.

Application Process:
If you are interested in an internship, please complete the on-line application. Your application will be evaluated based on complete, meaningful responses to each question. We recommend completing the application in a word processing application where you can check the spelling and grammar, then copy and paste the text into the on-line application. Two or three thoughtful, well-written paragraphs would be appropriate for each section of the application.
