This is a picture of the haze in the Grand Canyon.
Hello. We are from Whitehorse and Albert R. Lyman schools. We are doing our web page on "What should we do about the haze in the Grand Canyon?" We studied this question throughout the week we spent here at N.A.U. We've also been taking pictures and field trips like to the Grand Canyon, the Forest, and the Cholla Power Plant. We all separated into different groups so we can study about the haze, not only did we study but got to know each other as well. We also got to see professionals who knew what they were talking about. When we got to Flagstaff they gave us notebooks that had articles in it about the haze. What we came up with was they should get more scrubbers, and now we will tell you what we came up with.

 What we recommend was:
We need more scrubbers for the power plants and other factories that pollute the air

What our positive consequences are:
       1. Most people will not get sick because of all the haze.
       2. More fresh air.

 What our negative consequences are:
      1. Too much money for the scrubbers.
      2. We would have to wait too long for the scrubbers to be installed.

The beautiful Grand Canyon.
