Pollution at Cholla PowerPlant.
Introduction:

Hi,
We are from San Juan High School. All this week we have been studying about the haze in the Grand Canyon. We have been working on the causes of the haze in the Grand Canyon. We have been on three field trips and they are the following: the Cholla Power Plant, the Experimental Forest in Fort Valley, and the Grand Canyon National Park. We have come up with a recommendation to decrease the haze in the Grand Canyon.

Recommendation:
We think that all dirt roads should be paved.

Positive Consequences:
There will be less dust in the air to pollute.
There will be less health problems.
Then the air will be cleaner.
Travel in less time.

Negative Consequences:
It will be very expensive.
It will take a long time to be paved.
While building the road the cars will increase the pollution
While in the process of building the roads, the environment will be destroyed by oversize trucks.
