	The Educational Aid Registration Permit (EARP) is used for reduced tuition at NAU, ASU, and the U of A. Only eligible employees, the employee's spouse, and the employee's dependent children qualify for this benefit.

Arizona law classifies any person who is a US citizen or who has lawful immigration status and is an Arizona resident as an in-state student for tuition purposes
