Educational Aid Registration Permit

The Educational Aid Registration Permit (EARP) is used for reduced tuition at NAU, ASU, and the U of A. Only eligible employees, the employee's spouse, and the employee's dependent children qualify for this benefit. The NAU Office of Student Financial Aid processes all EARP’s, but Human Resources serves as your resource for information pertaining to eligibility, credit hour limits, fees, etc. Most information can be found at the Human Resources web site

To begin the process of applying for a tuition discount, complete the online form if the student will be attending NAU. IF the student will be attending ASU or U of A then please complete the paper form. Detailed instructions are included with each form. Faxed or Photocopied paper EARP forms are no longer being accepted. Please submit a paperEARP form with a signature.
