We have arranged a special rate for the Fire History Workshop at the Embassy Suites Flagstaff. Rooms are $65 per night, whether you reserve for 1, 2, 3 or 4 individuals. Each room is a suite, and has one or more double beds plus a sofa-sleeper in the livingroom, a refrigerator and a microwave. Room rate includes a full cooked to order breakfast and evening manager’s reception with cocktails, soda and snacks. Lodging must be reserved individually by April 1, 2005 to receive the conference rate. Participants should contact Reservations directly. Call 928-774-4333 and indicate you are with the Fire History Workshop group. Room reservations may be held with a credit card; the Embassy Suites Flagstaff has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Group rate rooms will be released after April 1, 2005, so please reserve early.

The Fire History Workshop will be held at Northern Arizona University’s Union Conference Center on north campus (map). The Union is within easy walking distance of the Embassy Suite hotel.
