Registration

There is no registration fee for the Workshop, but there is a nominal charge for both the optional field trip and the buffet (see form below for particulars).

Registrations are due by APRIL 10, 2005

You can register:

  • Online, using the form below.
  • By email, by downloading a registration form in Word, filling it out on your computer, and returning it as an attachment to Scott.Anderson@nau.edu
  • By mail, by downloading and filling out a registration form (Word or PDF) and returning it to the address below. Use this option if you wish to pay in advance with a check for the field trip or buffet. Please make the check payable to "Fire History Workshop."
  • By fax, by downloading and filling out a registration form (Word or PDF) and faxing it to 928/523-7423.
