Fee For Service

The Fronske Health Center is open to all registered NAU students that have paid the mandatory semester health fee. Insurance is not required to receive our services.

The student, who has paid the Health Fee, electing to use the health center on a Fee for Service basis pays all visit costs including the $18.00 primary care office visit fee. Potential out-of-pocket costs include: prescriptions, laboratory and x-ray tests, injections and procedures in addition to the $18 office visit fee.

While the office visit fee is less than what the student would pay a private physician office visit fee, the Gold Plan offers significant savings to the student on the long-term.
