Prevention Tips for Cold and Flu

Wash Your Hands OFTEN:
This is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of disease.

Avoid close contact:
with people who are sick. When you are sick, keep your distance from others to protect them from getting sick also..

Stay at home when you are sick:
You will prevent others from catching your illness.

Cover your mouth and nose:
Cough and sneeze into a tissue or sleeve. It may prevent others from getting sick.

Practice other good health habits:
Eat nutritious food, stay well hydrated, be physically active everyday, get plenty of sleep and find effective ways to manage your stress.
