Gold Plan
Enrollment & payment deadline is 14 days after the first day of classes each semester
The Gold Plan is a supplemental cost effective product designed for use at the Fronske Health Center and does not replace a health insurance policy.
For less than many private insurance plans' annual deductible, students can purchase the Gold Plan for $95 per semester. This plan covers nearly every service offered at the Fronske Health Center, with little or no out-of-pocket expense. Participants in the Gold Plan will have $5 primary & speciality office visit fees. The plan also covers labs, x-rays, and other procedures prescribed, performed and managed by the Fronske staff. The Gold Plan gives you on-campus primary care services, without the hassle of deductibles, claims and other insurance headaches.
- Gold Plan: $95.00 per semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer)
- Academic Year: $180.00 (Aug 16 - May 15)
- Full Year: $250.00 (Aug 16 - Aug 15)

- Or, you may fill out an Enrollment Form and mail to Fronske Health Center.

The deadline to enroll in & pay any plan is 14 days after the first day of class. No enrollment will be accepted after this date.
Includes:
- $5 fee for any of the following services:
- Primary Care or Speciality Visits
- Well-women services (including pap smears, screening tests)
- Allergy injections

- Labs prescribed, performed and managed by Fronske Providers
- X-rays prescribed, performed and managed by Fronske Providers
- Procedures (suturing, casting, IV fluids, colposcopy)
- Orthopedic supplies
- Flu vaccine
- Tetanus vaccine (other immunizations not covered)
