Welcome to the Friday Lunch Clubbe website

For those of you new to this group, here's a little background: The Friday Lunch Clubbe is an organization of ex-NAU Geology grad students. Our mission is to support current graduate students in the department. We do this primarily by sponsoring a yearly grant program to provide financial assistance to current graduate students for their summer field research and occasionally offering financial assistance for field trips, and yearly social events (i.e. the FLC buys the beer). The FLC once had something to do lunches on Fridays, but not any more. Click here for the real story straight from a founding FLC member.

It does have everything to do with you. The program relies on the generous donations of you, the alumni. Please give what you can, it is truly appreciated by the classic "starving" graduate student and is tax-deductible. Thanks to those of you who have already donated.

Like most web sites, this one is perpetually under construction. Please email any problems, suggestions for improvement, and perhaps a few incriminating photos from your days here in Flagstaff to me. If you want a old fashioned hard-copy package of the application package, let me know and I'll reluctantly send it to you.
