The mission of the Institute for Future Workforce Development is the advancement of today's and tomorrow's workforce through training, education, and community service.

The mission will be accomplished through:

Goals

1. Expand learning experiences for undergraduate students through quality Educational, Workforce Development and civically engaging activities.

2. Expand learning experiences for graduate students through quality Educational, Workforce Development and civically engaging activities

3. Provide quality Workforce Development and Training experiences that enhances the professional status of Institute educational and business clientele and partners.

4. Serve the culturally diverse population of students, educators, and industry through Institute activities.

5. Provide quality technical services to Institute clientele in education, the workplace, and community service organizations.
