The IHD Child and Family Program is a grant supported project funded through the Department of Economic Security Division of Developmental Disabilities. The program works off a family-centered model, providing developmental special instruction to children ages birth to three who are eligible for early intervention services. The main office is located within the Institute for Human Development on the Northern Arizona University Campus in Flagstaff, Arizona and the outreach office is located on the Navajo reservation in Chinle, Arizona.
