A new state law requiring a U.S. flag in every public classroom goes into effect
July 4, and NAU has introduced a way to help ease the financial burden of outfitting more than 300 of its classrooms.

Farewell reception planned for Rolf Eckel
Rolf Eckel, university bursar, is leaving NAU after 11 years to become the consolidated court administrator at the Prescott City and Justice Court. His last day at NAU is March 2. A reception in his honor is planned from 2-4 p.m. Feb. 27 in the University Union, Havasupai A and B.
