Formal plan on college realignment due next week
Input is being reviewed and considered on a proposal to create a college to house the university's nursing and health sciences initiative and to realign the reporting structure of the schools in the Consortium of Professional Schools.

President's Office program to support research on diversity, equity
The Office of the President hopes to increase the number of scholars contributing to research related to academic diversity and equity by providing summer research support.

Regents to meet this week
The Arizona Board of Regents will discuss mandatory fees, residence hall rates and other items at its regularly scheduled meeting this week in Tucson. The regents will meet Thursday and Friday at the University of Arizona. A complete agenda is online.

Tessie Moate retiring
Tessie Moate, associate director of the Gateway Student Success Center, is retiring after 22 years at NAU. Her last day is March 15. A reception in her honor is planned from 4-6 p.m. March 13 at The Inn at NAU.
