Bring a toy, see some hoops
NAU Athletics and the Salvation Army are helping the Christmas Angel Toy Drive on Sunday, Dec. 14, during the NAU men's basketball game at 6:30 p.m. in the NAU Skydome. Fans who bring a new unwrapped toy will receive free admission to watch the Jacks take on Northern New Mexico. The Salvation Army needs 803 toys to give to 517 registered children of needy families. The goal is to give each child three toys this year.

Edward James (Jim) Topp, longtime educator
Edward James (Jim) Topp, retired professor of educational administration and supervision at NAU, died Dec. 1, 2008. He was 77.
