If snail mail is too taxing, choose electronic W-2

In response to many requests for electronic W-2s and to more efficiently manage the year-end tax information process, NAU will begin using an outside vendor to distribute W-2 information.

Any university employee may now choose whether to receive W-2s electronically or through regular mail.

To receive your 2006 W-2 information electronically, you must sign up on our vendor's web site. Electronic W-2s will be available online sooner than mailed copies and can be downloaded to your computer and loaded into some tax preparation software.

Employees who would like to continue to receive the hard copy W-2 in the regular mail do not need to take any action. However, please ensure your address is updated in LOUIE by going to www.nau.edu/louie. Log in and select Self Service >> Campus Personal Information >> Addresses.
