| Phi Kappa Phi to award more than $700,000 in 2006
The nation's oldest and largest all-discipline honor society, Phi Kappa Phi, will allocate more than $700,000 in 2006 to provide financial support to qualifying members and non-members through graduate and undergraduate scholarships, member and chapter awards and grants for local and national literacy initiatives. Applications are being accepted for Study Abroad grants, graduate fellowships, literacy grants and Promotion of Excellence grants. In addition to the scholarships and awards distributed at the national level, local Phi Kappa Phi chapters award approximately $200,000 to outstanding members.
