Counseling groups available to help students NAU's Counseling and Testing Center offers a range of professionally led counseling groups for students on topics from general therapy to alcohol and drug issues. Students can call (928) 523-2261, or visit the center in building 26A next to Adel Math building, to make an appointment for an initial meeting with a group leader. Staff and faculty with concerns about a student's mental health are encouraged to consult with the center's staff. The center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with consultation available for psychological emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |
