Save time with an on-campus conference call

You can now schedule a conference call with your campus colleagues far more easily than setting up a physical meeting—and you don't have to worry about parking.

It is similar to scheduling a meeting through Oracle Calendar, so you can do it yourself anytime. For an easy step-by-step guide check out the ITS web page through the index "Meet Me Conference Lines" or directly at http://www4.nau.edu/its/tel/faculty_staff/Conferencing_Options.asp

Or you can call the Solution Center at (928) 523-1511 to schedule the date and time you will be using the Meet Me Conference. The Solution Center will provide the telephone number you will call for the conference.

There are five telephone lines available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For best results schedule your session 15 minutes prior to the meeting to avoid conflicts.
