Compensation statements available online

Total compensation statements are now available on LOUIE to all benefit-eligible faculty and staff.

The statements provide a summary of the dollar value for the various forms of compensation employees receive based on current salary and benefit selections.

"Careful budgeting at all levels of the university has allowed us to augment this funding with internal resources," NAU President John Haeger says in a letter accompanying the statements. "As a result, we continue to make meaningful progress in our ongoing efforts to be competitive with the salary and benefit plans of others in our labor markets."

Despite increases in health benefit costs, NAU will continue to pay more than 90 percent of health insurance premiums this year. The employee portion remains as low as possible to minimize the impact on employees' net pay.
