Spinach Dip
Chrystal Redding
Vivarium manager
Office of the Vice President for Research

"Aunt Liz's spinach dip has been showing up at every family event for years," Redding said. "It's great to snack on while waiting for the main course or while watching football. I've found myself and others lingering around this dip eating it up. It'll disappear quickly!"

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 package chopped frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

  3. Serve with extra bread and veggies for dipping.
